DoorCrisp LLC. Pickup & Delivery Dry Cleaning Service

By using DoorCrisp’s pickup and delivery service, the customer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Garment Care & Cleaning

DoorCrisp will make every reasonable effort to clean and care for all garments professionally and with care. However:

• Stain removal is not guaranteed. Some stains may be permanent or impossible to remove due to the nature of the fabric, age of the stain, prior treatment, or heat exposure.

• Customers are responsible for informing DoorCrisp of any delicate fabrics, special care instructions, existing damage, missing buttons, loose seams, or valuables left in garments.

• DoorCrisp is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, weak fabric, manufacturer defects, color loss, shrinkage, or items left in pockets.

2. Limitation of Liability

While DoorCrisp handles garments with care, DoorCrisp is not liable for:

• Damage to garments during the cleaning process

• Color fading, fabric deterioration, shrinkage, or bleeding

• Pre-existing damage or weaknesses in the garment

• Loss or damage caused by inaccurate care labels or manufacturer defects

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Customers use DoorCrisp’s services at their own risk.

3. Pickup & Delivery Responsibility

Customers requesting contactless pickup or delivery acknowledge and agree that:

• Garments may be left outside, at a front door, lobby, concierge, mailroom, or designated pickup/drop-off location.

• Customers will be notified when garments are picked up and/or delivered.

• Once garments are left at the designated location, DoorCrisp is not responsible for theft, weather damage, loss, or any other damage occurring after delivery or before pickup.

Customers are encouraged to retrieve garments promptly.

4. Unclaimed Garments

Any garments not claimed or retrieved within 30 days from the date of cleaning completion or delivery attempt will be considered abandoned.

After 30 days:

• The garments may be donated, discarded, or otherwise disposed of by DoorCrisp at its discretion.

• The customer forfeits any right to compensation or recovery of those items.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. DoorCrisp reserves the right to refuse service for unpaid balances or repeated missed pickups/deliveries.

6. Scheduling & Availability

Pickup and delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, traffic, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances may occur. DoorCrisp has the right to block out any dates from the scheduling calendar.

7. Communication and promotions

Customer agrees to receive emails, calls or text messages for communication, updates, and marketing.

By opting into SMS communications from DoorCrisp, you agree to receive text messages related to:

• Account notifications

• Appointment reminders

• Customer support updates

• Marketing and promotional messages (if applicable)

Message frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may receive a confirmation text after opting out.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

SMS Privacy

By scheduling a pickup, using DoorCrisp’s services, or leaving garments for cleaning, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.Cookies:
